1. Agreement

By purchasing or using Astroria products, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use our products.

2. Products

Astroria sells digital products including Astro themes, templates, and UI components. All products are delivered digitally via GitHub repository access after purchase.

3. License

Upon purchase, you receive a license to:

• Use the product in unlimited personal and client projects
• Modify the source code for your projects
• Access lifetime updates via GitHub

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the product files
• Create derivative products for sale
• Share GitHub repository access with non-licensees

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Polar.sh as our Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you also agree to Polar's Terms of Service.

5. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the product doesn't meet your needs, contact us at hello@astroria.app for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

6. Support

Email support is included with purchase. We respond within 24-48 hours on business days. Support covers installation, bugs, and usage questions—not custom development.

7. Updates

Products include lifetime updates. Updates are delivered via GitHub. We reserve the right to discontinue products, but existing licenses remain valid.

8. Liability

Products are provided "as is" without warranty. Astroria is not liable for damages arising from product use. Our liability is limited to the purchase price.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
